Crucial changes
A new website version number is introduced whenever an alteration is made which makes the previous content redundant or out-of-date. The changes involved in each new version number are documented below. The most recent version is listed first.
Under this system, a new course timetable would count as a new version whilst a re-worded paragraph would probably not.

April 2003 - Courses starting after Easter were added to the Upcoming Courses page. The Current Courses page was also updated.
Changes that pre-date this are recorded on a very simple page. Click here to see it. The first-ever entry is shown below.

June 2002 - The first version with the current look and style. Some content was migrated from version 2 rather than being re-written in order to decrease development time.
Version 1 of the site existed prior to July 1999 and consisted of a few scrappy pages. Version 2 was frame-based and was live between July 1999 and June 2002.
Eventually it just looked too dated and work began on freshening things up. Frames were dropped while style sheets and JavaScript came to the fore. All design and coding for versions 2 and 3 was done in-house by James Andrew, the centre's IT Technician.
