NVQ Business Administration

This course is intended for those who are working, or preparing to work, in an administrative role at a level which demands some responsibility in being able to organise their own work and contribute towards the efficient operation of the business.

The course covers the different types of business organisations, the roles of the people working within them and the administrative services and procedures which help and support the efficient operation of those organisations.
