Includes work on Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.
Aromatherapy involves a massage with essential oils.
Reflexology originated as a diagnostic and therapeutic treatment more than 2000 years ago in ancient China and has again become popular as a form of Complementary health treatment which many practitioners believe can help in relieving painful and disabling conditions through specialist foot massage.
Communities in India have been practising various forms of Indian Head Massage for more than 1000 years. It can considerably benefit muscle tone and mobility in the neck and shoulders, eliminate muscular tension, relieve eye strain and headaches and improve concentration.
